Cornet Vincent Ségurel strengthens its teams with the appointment of 5 partners and 2 managing lawyers

2023 marks a new stage in the development of Cornet Vincent Ségurel, the business law firm. Determined to develop its internal talents and to consolidate its teams, the firm has announced the co-option of Bertrand Genachte, Pierre Jakob, Julie Le Bourhis, Marie-Alix Troadec and Aurélie Vucher-Bondet as partners. The firm is also strengthening its teams with the appointment of two managing lawyers in Lille.

Based in Paris, Lyon and Nantes, the firm's five new partners will assist major French and international groups, small and medium-sized businesses and family-owned groups, as well as local authorities and public bodies, with a pragmatic and tailor-made approach.

The two new managing lawyers will strengthen the Competition - Distribution - Contracts (Marion Raes) and Insolvency (Stéphanie Forest) teams.

These promotions illustrate one of the key values of Cornet Vincent Ségurel's DNA: to pursue its development in a constant logic of valuing its employees.

"We are very pleased with these appointments, which strengthen our teams in several offices and illustrate the diversity of profiles and expertise within the firm", comments Alban Pousset-Bougère, partner and member of the Executive Committee.

"These associations are a good illustration of one of Cornet Vincent Ségurel's fundamental values: trusting experienced associates to continue the entrepreneurial adventure begun more than 50 years ago," continues Laurence Tardivel, partner and member of the Board of Directors. "This is one of our founding values and today, nearly 60% of the current partners have joined the firm as associates".

Cornet Vincent Ségurel's team now comprises 208 lawyers and legal advisers, including 50 partners and 27 managing lawyers.
